The Story of the Quilt

This quilt was designed and made by Edie Tyler and the embroidery on the quilt was done by Marian Schultz, Caroline Jarzbek, Marian Patnaude, Fran Rollish, Agnes Marchinkoski, Margret Neumann and Edie.
The theme and the symbols are from Lutheran World Relief. The Plaque depicting the story of the quilt was made by Peggy Morrissey.
This quilt was given in the loving memory of Marie Folsom, Evelyn Lenz, Marie Marchese and Henrietta Stielau by Edie Tyler. These women were close friends and active WELCA members before their deaths.
